Is that effect stone only for visual only and has no effect (increase stats, etc)?

You can slot effect stone on costume low mid upper. They have no additional option to them.

There are some new magic stones to slot, such as sp leech, hp leech, Lex, and etc.

Blue Aura costume? Lol. It seems like your level was downgraded back to 150 when wearing it.  

 

Me want the Poring Backpack! I hope they would release Heroic Backpack costume as well (with a little tweak on the sprite to differentiate costume from original garment)!
