Hello, anyone experienced being stucked at the cursed spirit quest? Do you know how to undo it?

I accidentally clicked the wrong option in the NPC crippled girl, I clicked brutal truth instead of the other option. Do you guys know how can I undo or reset that part or thw whole quest itself?

Is there a cool down or something?
