Hey guys, just wanted to ask if my sura would be able to have high damage by having 70k hp?

depends on your weapon, on how much hp you have at the moment vs total hp, the skill lvl used, and most importantly enemy reductions. It all depends

well i'm planning to have a +9 G. Mace, +9 iHBP, +9 G. Suit, +9 E. Variant, +10 Turkey (Bungisngis) i was thinking if i still making huge amount of damage even without Tao Card

Regardless of your gear if you really want to deal 'huge' damage the most important thing is to be missing as much hp as possible. A goh from a tao'ed sura won't do -_- if he's full hp, or very close to it.

 

It's impossible to tell you accurately how much damage you'll deal without considering the circumstances, but from a quick glance i'd say you'll have trouble killing most targets effectively in a gvg setting unless the circumstances are heavily in your favor. Pvp less so because there's no skill penalty and a lot of people build like glass cannons in there.

If the tao'ed sura is missing the same amount of hp as a non tao'ed sura, and they have the same gear, they're going to do the same damage.

think might be better to have just asked how well you could kill rather than about damage specifically;

the setup you mentioned is essentially low in reducs so prepare to go down if you happen to get hit by a substantial attack;

w/out tao, would recommend to stick with the woe set if possible, unless you just want to mess around and try pick on (undergeared) stragglers;

say, at 100~75% cHP, you probably only kill very low-reduc, low-mHP players (pure glass cannons);

at 50%~30% cHP, might be able to also kill med-HP, low-reduc or low-HP, med-reduc players
at red bar range, might be able to also kill med~high-HP (non-tao), low~med-reduc players if GoH is spammed 2-3 times in quick succession (possible for low lvls of GoH w/out strings, higher lvls of GoH w/ strings) - may have to even do 3 fast GoHs if they are decent enough to keep potting and not just stand there to take your hits;
of course, regardless of reducs/mHP, other players that happen to be at low cHP might as well go down if you hit them with half/low-cHP GoH;
red bar is risky in general (best used w/ a sac RG), but you could try it if you can 1 hit kill certain targets and are confident that you can actually get the hit off w/out getting hit in return (mainly in non-busy/1v1 situations)
even naturally low mHP classes like WLs/sorcs can be hard to kill if they are on full reducs, also thanks to energy coat;
the players that you probably wont be able to down are those with very high mHP (natural for classes like RK/RG, especially w/ tao, or other classes w/ tao + reducs) (assuming they are not low cHP of course), especially if they're also on high/full reducs (woe sets, CEB/RPB, thara shield, handky, etc, CK if applicable, GR (you can endow vs DR users, but the overall damage is still treated as neutral vs ghost));
there are also those that may have barely lived the initial GoH hit, but can avoid getting spammed (very mobile characters like shura, SCs, or with avoidance/protection skills like hide/pnuema/SW/etc - which buys them enough time to pot up sufficiently before you could land a 2nd hit)
