Hello dear Dragon Saga Team,

 

many steam users including me have the problem, that you can't login anymore, after logging out of the game. If the game crashes you can login afterwards, but if you close the game correctly you are not able to log in anymore. If you try to start the game an error message occurs saying: "Steam Login is invalid. Make sure this is the only running instance of the game."

The only way to fix this is to repair the game files via steam, which requires a 2,4 GB download. But this only works until you exit the game again, then the error will occur again.

 

I hope I could support you a bit in fixing this bug.

Yes, but if you exit the game again after reinstalling, the error will occur again.

Okay, i betetr wait that they fix this problem than. Reinsall it every time sounds pretty annoying, but thanks anyway for the info.

Hmm, I think steam is a bit slow today.

 

This sounds quite similar to "account is in use" - this is what we "normal client users" get in the case we log out of the game and try to get back in very fast. The game server hasn't noticed yet that we are actually already logged out - talking about the regular client version of the game here.

Maybe the steam server didn't notice that you logged out of the game already and still thinks you are in the game doing stuffs.

Have you tried to wait a few mins before logging back in?

(in the normal client , in cases this happens, it can take 2 mins before the server notices you are out of the game and are free to log back in )

Same problem at the moment.

Can't get into the game.

Have been playing few hours before this occured.

Tried to restart the game because of some issues and got this error.

I have the same problem too, is there any way to fix it? I tried re-installing the game, 5 times, and when I do log into the game, its not on my steam account. So i cant buy Item Mall points with my steam wallet

I found a way to fix it, it's the steam overlay. I think I heard it somewhere before, but in this way I don't get any trading cards nor I can power-up with Steam wallet. I really want to buy beans and this happens, how can I open Dragon Saga with steam overlay without having this error? HELP.
