Inspired by sinulog festival we recently visited in the Philippines.

The image is hand painted in PhotoshopCs6 using lotus pen with10k Megapixels/720 resolution.

If you need the psd format just WM.

Eh idk about this >.> I'll just post it here... the dress for the girl, it should be as short as the yellow dress... the shoulder pads are feathers also... the orange part on the legs is like chicken's feet. Overall I wanted this one to be as simple as possible.

Name of costume: Rosadeer costume 

Drawn with a tablet using Paint tool SAI

btw the arm and hands are not part of the costume..it was a guide

yeah...  it was hard to think of a male costume and how to make it not weird but fit in the theme... female was very easy and had a good idea of it
