You guys, if the problem persists for a while longer [as in multiple outages over the upcoming week nights] then they will most likely wait until it's stabilized and then do some type of rate's event. 

 

For now, let's just be patient. I'm not getting responses, but I'm still bugging them the best I can.

Let me rephrase what's going on.

 

The server went down at 4:30 am. as in 4 hours past midnight on Sunday. It's the middle of the night, they're at home sleeping. They don't know it's down.

That's what they say, and I sent Dragonlark a message about this to see who they are and how I can get ahold of them for the future. I'll be waiting to see if I get a response.

You know... if the server is having a lot of issues... maybe it's not the best idea to use all your EXP/DROP medals. It's your own fault for wasting it.

There's no such announcement that the server's having troubles or likely to collapse anytime.

So many of them aren't even aware of it.

 

Like "who knows, it's been up running for 2 hours straight, maybe it can stay for another 2"

 

I just don't like how the devs keep a lot of information way from us users or keep us not informed, like what troubles we are facing, what changes they've made to the live server (They don't always let us know everything).

I just don't like how the devs keep a lot of information way from us users or keep us not informed, like what troubles we are facing, what changes they've made to the live server (They don't always let us know everything).

What I mean is, if the servers have been unstable for a few days, then people should take it as a hint that now is not the best time to pop all your good medals and grind. It would rather be better to sit back for a few days, or a week, and see how the server is behaving then.

Problems cannot always be predicted, so I can understand them not giving the users an announcement when the server is about to crash; it is just not possible to track.
