If you use the strafe keys (Q, E) and use the right mouse button to turn (so you can run in a circle) when you stop, then use either the middle mouse (auto run) or the W key to run again, the camera spins uncontrollably in the opposite direction (opposite the way you were turning when strafing). It will spin like this for a long time. Presumably it will turn as many times in the opposite direction as you turned while strafing.

This never used to happen before the camera/mouse options changed. It's probably related to the follow camera code. Just a guess.

If you right click about 20 times while the camera is spinning eventually it will stop. This is VERY annoying to have to do this.
