I logged in and went to Eden but it was so laggy I logged back out. Then, I try to start game again. Patch process completed. As soon as the game starts I get the ragexe.exe stopped working message. Tried this multiple times, re-started PC. Nothing changed between previous successful logins and now except an hour time gap. Any solutions?

Hi i encountered a weird error. Rag.exe stopped working when today my char went to 2nd floor eden HQ.
Tried relog numerous time but always "Rag.exe stopped working" cause my char already on the 2nd floor.
Out of curiousity i tried visiting 2nd floor eden HQ with my other char (2nd char). At first it was ok because my char was in the "cracked buckler" daily quest room. then i walked out to the stairs toward 1st floor and the same error happened.
Then i tried login using another char (3rd char) in geffen town and it's fine.
Is there a bug in 2nd floor eden HQ near the stairs?
Will tried the solution provided above later and update soon.

Yes, that linked fix will force your client to repatch from a certain date (In this case: December 2015). Please be careful next time when using the patch.inf fix method, it could make your client skip patch files if used incorrectly.
If your client now is all good keep a copy of the game folder, next time the client starts acting up use the back up files to fix the issue.
