I am very new to the server and currently i'm already in high thief... so for now i already reach job lvl42... should i straight change or go for job lvl50...

 

and 2ndly... as a new player you know that money is still low... what would you guys recommend for me to get when i reach SinX lvl 99 changing to Gx? for now i'm using all eden EQ and a +6 tripple critical jur... 

 

i planning on getting chakram + assassin handcuffs... and a RWH from the cash shop by the time i get to SinX... 

 

As for now i understand that being a GX for lvling we need hp leeching... so will chakram and assassin cuffs work? and what is recomendation for accessory?(bear in mind very low budget as a new player here)

 

Hello, I strongly recommend you to change at job lvl 42. You don't miss so much in term of skills as a high thief... (make sure to have Steal lvl 10 if you want to get money )

 

For money I recommend you to farm at Banaspaty in Dewata dungeon. They have 15% chance of dropping Elunium and Rough oridecon. (22.5% with vip, also probably 30%+ with the bonus drop from the event this month)

 

As for accesories I use creamy card but a good idea is Snowier if you have Marc or ED.

Just really wanna make some 99s for the mora, x2 coins a day on my account with VIP and there's this x2 event going on.

 

I'm a very slow leveler and it took me 5 days to bring an archer to a lvl 93 hunter (non trans) with VIP and x2 event xD

 

I want to make 1-3 99 Assassins because later on, I may make GX/es out of them because I heard they're good for solo instances.

 

Are they really easy to maintain? Poison Bottles seem to be like 20K-25K o.0

Since we have 1 free chance to reset skill and stat . Is it worth if i job change to sinx at job level 42 , but i get double attack instead for Adv. Katar Mastery (dmg & leveling purpose) then only reset my skill once i don't rely on rolling cutter anymore for lvling and change it to dual crit build for Ctrl+Click ?

Yes, change at job level 42. You always want to keep Rolling Cutter, it is the bread and butter of a good GX.

I've been reading "become sinx at 42" quite often now. How much difference is there between a DD Crit GX and a KatarGX or even DA-Dagger GX? Is ist purely mathematical to "get this last %" out of the class or is it THAT grave? I really don't want to play with daggers. That's just not the Assassin-Style imho, they got their class katars. Daggers are for rogues. I wanna use my Katars!

 

Edit: Did someone also already think of a double-attack Katar build (Sidewinder)?

job 42 is better than job 50 since it unlocks the possibility of DD crit build. and job 42 doesnt harm your katar playstyle either, since it only affects steal and hide level (just lvl 5 hide and lvl 5 steal for job42 build, maxed out DA, evasion, envenom )

DD Crit does quite a lot more than Katar Crit. DD DA mostly has the hit chance disadvantage against agi up MVPs. You can play whatever you want to play though, it's just that 42 leaves your options open and doesn't really hurt much if at all.

Super over priced item. In KRO it is dirt cheap so commonly used. 
But in iRO it cost as much as +9 DR FAW or any other high-end item that it makes very little sense to have one unless you have spare billion zenies just rotting around in some accounts.

 

when we get this thing cheap on IRO, update bako tatto drop rate please       

need edit, GX can't use black cat accessory. it's rogue class exclusive acc

 

i prefer use pendant of chaos instead maelstorm for GX, chaos cast not disturbing RC

both are bad for mobbing imo,

pendant of mael only good when the mobs didnt cast magic on you (get me killed couple time when doing faceworm instances),

while pendant of chaos; when it proc make your mobs scare away not following you anymore

 

i read somewhere, update that containing bako drop drate are already here, but GM prefer to not implement them.

if you have budget, RWC atk6% with gold scaraba or bako tatto always better

What do you think about Malicious shadow set ?

 

I am bit hesitant on recommending any shadow set because of the price. 

If you can afford one it will make your build more flexible but for RC GX i think it is better to take either aspd or atk than more HP proc as for HP proc item there are lots of options already out there.

thanatos katar+ succubus+ HF card + blood sucker +ride word

 

if this isn't enough, malicious shadow won't change the outcome anyway.

If I were to only buy one shadow set it would be ancient set.

 

I don't know when it will get here but for KRO GX farm relies on nightmare toy factory which requires 520HIT.

 

with Item like runaway chip giving massive HIT boost it isn't all that hard but as we don't have them, it is highly likely that we gonna need every HIT item there is for the future instancing.

that is why i recommend Hawkeye over bear power or other stuff for that dex.

 

of course the best will always be that Lucky day but for people on tight budget, hawk eye will do wonder espeically in low level when farming hazy

Cloaking Exceed to be able to hide from demon/insect monsters or New Poison Research for longer EDP duration (and you really should use EDP as a GX, I have seen so many that don't already :c).

AK>Aunoe for MVPs. Chakram+sin cuff is good, Glorious Jama for demihumans (assuming high refine) if you're crit katar build. I don't have a +12 thana katar to test it but I think the chakram would beat it out in damage vs MVPs (maybe someone else has compared them and can give more info). idk about RC builds, thana katar seems good there but I have no experience, ctrl+click all the way for me.

 

Abuse elemental weaknesses, always carry some tokens for those oh -_- moments and you're golden.

i'm actually an hybrid build... trying to make a hybrid RC crit katar build now... so chakram is a go? n accessories is rogue treasure is the best? or is there any alternatives? bako is too exp at the moment
