Why are the tickets so stacked up? Im on day 6 waiting for a response just for retrieving my 2 accounts due to the new WP and the old password reset.

What are people sending tickets for? The new account DOB requirement must be hindering alot of people to retrieve their accounts (signed mine 8-9 years ago and was probably a random date).

Just curious as the gravity support has allways been rather quick in the past years ive been playing.

Well, lets see...


There were the hackings, then the password change forced on players due to the hackings, then renewal, then the OCA disaster which took oodles of time, then picking up after glitches caused by the OCA disaster (a few people are still missing stuff, in one case the contents of the cart on the char they stored the guild's god item parts on - worth tens of billions). Then they banned a significant fraction of the player base for exploiting the bug in the rogue jobchange map, and there are doubtless people submitting tickets to them over that, and there's still a constant stream of account retrival ones. Plus, there's the flood of bot reports, false reports of botting, and general reports of people for illmannered behavior.
Oh, and renewal has more bugs than an entomology museum, plus gaping balance issues.
Oh, and they added two new games to their product line, and one of them has a similar problem with players retriving accounts.
Oh, and their ISP has been performing poorly, and further, the most popular cable ISP routes to RO's ISP through a crappy network that drops packets and makes RO play terribly.

Wonder why they're so busy?

Jesus christ! The OCA dissaster? The hackings?

In the good old days there was mostly bot reports and scams.

And how can Renewal be so buggy with a new rule and statset? Havent had the chance to test yet.
