i tried making a legend belt of perseverance its original atk was 339 and increased to 449atk.. tho i saw one with 800+ atk in the market (Legend and +20)

i upgraded mine to +15, checking if the atk would still increase, but no. then how did that dude get 800+ atk?

Try enchanting +20 then you'll see. There is no biasing here

It can be your end game set if u want as 2 piece of perseverance set give u 12% movement speed. I'm currently farming Aram perseverance set too with my lv50 character because beside having good attack, it also give you some movement speed which are good at both pvp and pvp. That's my opinion.

In my perspective

- At late stage 

+ This belt is good for pve because of maximizing damage. Aim rate is not a significant thing in this server anymore.

+ Elga belt is better for pvp because of health (survival).

 

I do not stay earlier stage much so I do not really have an opinion.

I would say you use Arams belt of perserv is mostly used by PvEers that want to maximise ATK, i'm making it mysef, 2 items that you dont usually know gives ATK is this belt, and the best Cash wep that i find funnys is Zodiac wep that gives 900-1200(has to be +20) ATK depending on class, quite funny, i got 27.770 ATK as a Ninja rn working my way up to get 2 15* rings, but will take a while

I prefer that belt in pvp sometimes when using a movement speed set, because the rare bone dragon earring gives a decent amount of stats. The rare belt gives x% of hp and mp recovery which is meh and the perseverance earring gives 1.1%final crit rate which is good but the latter earring overrides this with other stats.
