Most cards are worthless in RO.

 

Add NPC, thats eats your cards and give something like 50 Strawberrys/Witch starsand/etc 

 

this will take away profits from botters and the player can get rid of their useless cards

botters would still be able to take advantage. but at least you're not asking for something like an oca (which other ppl have)
