Cant download game

iv tried to download Ragnarok 2 but when the client comes up it is immediately followed by a " Ragnarok 2 DLM has stopped working" message. Iv tried to re-download it but the same message comes up, I've checked my system requirements and its all up to par. i dont know what it could be, please help!

What kind of Internet connection do you have (wireless, ethernet, etc.)? And what kind of antivirus do you have?

What you guys are downloading is a download manager, which helps you download files better since it can pause and continue from where it left off as opposed to having to redownload everything again if you lose connection.

If the DLM isn't working, then there's something blocking the DLM's connection to the file server. I also run an ethernet connection with Avast and haven't encountered any problems downloading the game. Where are you guys located? Perhaps you're having bad ping to WarpPortal's servers.
