Ok, 2 problems here.

 

1. The santa buff items were not removed and are now renamed as "Transmogrification Costume". They are still consumable and still give the buff effects.

 

 

2. I sold a ripped wrapper in the AH last night before maintenance. Whenever I try to open the mail from the AH now to claim my money, my game crashes. There is no message, it just literally shuts down.

1. The santa buff items were not removed and are now renamed as "Transmogrification Costume". They are still consumable and still give the buff effects.

I believe the buff items were left for people to use until next maint, when they'll be removed. You can't obtain any more of them though. The name change is a mistake on their part due to... whatever reason they had. They messed up a few other item names as well.

 

Regarding the AH issue, I think that it's because they changed the name of the Ripped wrapper to a Lunar Festival box description. Which exceeds the normal size of item names (see Amilus error above). This might be causing the crash, either because it can't display it, or because it somehow breaks the email.

 

I'll pm you a fixed String file with instructions to try a workaround to see if you can open the email.

Hey.

 

Gravity is going to remove the Santa Buff on January 25 when we put in the Lunar Festival.  They decided to give everyone one more week to use up the buff items.

 

The name change is, uh, unintentional and unfortunate. Please feel free to consume the buff, and avoid trying to imagine what it would be like to have to eat a costume in order to gain it's buff. For me, it would probably require a lot of hot sauce.

 

For the second issue,  I would suggest PMing me the details and creating a support ticket (also include ticket number in the PM). We'll look into it to see if it's a global issue or maybe a hiccup with your account.

As mentioned in previous posts, the Wrappers of the last event were incorrectly renamed with the description of the "Lunar boxes".
