I happened to browse through the above page , seems that we can have slotted sunglasses but different quest .

 

It require slotted advertisesement .

 

How do you get that as the description in iRO Classic database says there is a NPC at Payon instead of Alberta .... I checked that NPC at Payon is actually the regular slotted NPC for your items like Black Leather Boots and so on ....

I believe the NPC to slot middle gear is found at alberta (108,30), talk to the NPC and check what it requires.

There is also a quest that rewards slotting coupon to middle gears, click here for the guide. Note that you need to be VIP to start the quest.

I can't edit the db but I fixed the npc name in the wiki and added the image of the npc location.
