So I've done a bit of research on the gunslinger class on Ragnarok for builds and stuff and I stumbled upon this class called the rebellion class? ( http://irowiki.org/wiki/Rebel ) and this entire time I thought gunslingers was literally the only job they could stay as. But then I saw this and could not find a guide on how to become one, so what I'm asking is. Is this an actual class? a hoax? something that is yet to be implemented into the game? or just a fan made private server thing?

Yes, its new classes that just implement in Chaos on last December. The wiki also have link about Rebel jobchange guide.
