Aura Effects

The Mysterious Leprechaun has discovered a way to imbue an aura into your favorite body (chest) armor piece! These auras can be applied to chest armor items. Aura can be applied to Vanity Costumes, but the aura will be lost if that item is used for transmogrification. Transmogrify Vanity Costumes onto your target item before using the aura item. Vanity Costumes, such as the Black Magic Master set, can be obtained through Cheny using Diamonds or the Vanity Merchant using Piece of Loki's Vanity.

Adventurers can acquire Cheny's new Sunshine Box for a chance to receive the Black Magic Master vanity set!

 

Wanted Scroll Vendors

The Kingdom of Rune-Midgarts has put out Wanted Scrolls for the most dangerous monsters within their lands, and are offering a Diamond reward for adventurers to go and slay them!

To avoid indisciminate hunting, a small commision of diamonds is required from the adventurer to purchase the scroll, but the payout is even larger!

Find the following Wanted Scroll vendors in these locations:

Valencia in West Mt. Mjolnir

Lloyd in Prontera

Victoria in Alberta

Izaak in Morroc City

 

 

Note: Wanted List scrolls need to be activated within 5m of the vendor in order to accept the quest.

Seedrune Balance

Changes have been made to GreenSeed runes. In an attempt to combat an imbalance in combat, the strength of GreenSeed runes, aside from Wind, have been halved. Additionally, GreenSeed runes are no longer able to be equipped in offhand weapons.

Mostly, yes. I think the only addition to the vendor was Loki's Cubes, which you can earn from the Ep. 3 Dungeon instead.

Hello RO2 community,

As Njoror said, this update will bring changes in all rune slots from off hands weapons. When maintenance ends all runes (normal, bind, blue, red, green and cls runes) will be removed and you have to pay attencion to your mail box. When you open your mail box you will get mails like this:

Your runes will be there. All you have to do is take it from mail. Take note you have 30 days counting from the end of this maintenance to get your runes from mail.

my question is do you trust them enough to -_- with your hones? lol

Looking forward to this. Praying for class balance soon as well as to have better PVP experience. Currently, knights(warriors as 2nd tier), sinx(rogue-2nd tier) & priests(cres,mages-2nd tier) dominate in PVP; as Battle Tactics, Penetration & DoT's. While testing i've considered the 1st two needed crit to be really OP.

 

Well, i've taken around 110k crit from hide sinx dmg as a nonbuffed ~90% def grizz bear w/o crit. so, non-crit from hide or crit w/o hide is ~55k & non-crit w/o hide is ~27k.

Knights or BT relies on crit as the current BT skill description.

 

I therefore suggest to nerf their crit or as a whole each class w/ a lower crit per agi. this will promote crit builds & hones for gears & acce seals. also kafra sales & more money for WP for buying kafra hone stuff.

 

For DoT, it would be a more complicated formula if def is not to be ignored or a new formula not like what it is now that will only take around 5 secs to kill a tank & less for a nontank.

You realize what a huge damage nerf this is for everyone?  Talking about nerfing crit.  I doubt BT or x2 from hide need a nerf anymore.

i think the programming is much more complicated since there are already created gears(old honed gears will be better & much more trouble). what devs would do & i presume is just w8 for the next set of gears. & as of this time, gears we have are already perfect hones or near as we won't rehone them(i wouldn't rehone just to aim a few % when i'm satisfied w/ my gears now & because of RNG)

Nerf or dun nerf Wind Seed  dun make much difference since a lot of people using speed hack.

Have you adressed a bug that let people run more than 2x times on wonderland dungeon? I was able to run 6x times per character yesterday without getting any lockout (which got me an Uparus Magician card) but i also find it unfair for people who doesn't have more than 1 character ml 40 to get the good stuff there.

Any word on implementing a Hackshield program soon? This multi-clienting hype just promotes more botting and cheating around to get advantage over people and breaks the economy even more.

What about updating Greedy mines and changing these actual bosses for Wonderland bosses to let them drop AW gear and cards? It also promotes guilds to go to WoE and get a fortress. By the time we get ML 45, nobody will want to open WL dungeon and those gold cards are really good.

balancing all classes is really problematic, has 3 years already passed? if we nerf crit, then the solution is to get more crit via hones gears or acce. pump pills also get you crit as % & pyramid back acce combo(currently not updated-cheny pyramid). BT classes in PVP will most likely not build pure INT. it's useless if you can 1 shot almost all classes except tanks. therefore, crit build for BT. BT is not affected by diminishing returns as dmg is & will more likely to be more & more as content & time goes. Compare that dmg to other classes or if i may ask anyone here, what is the highest BT dmg anyone has made?

crit build for everyone. this change will have likely more impact to BT since it needs a crit & also a crit from hide
