Things found so far:

  1. The first character you check that had seeds in an offhand appears to have its shirt item turned into one of the seeds that was previously in their offhand. Removing the seed to bag and relogging fixes the visuals, but the seed that was moved to bag is now duplicated, being present in bag AND also in mailbox in a mail sent from System. You cannot claim the seed from mailbox if the one that was previously in your shirt slot is present on the character. HOWEVER, you can claim the one from mailboc if you mail/trade the first one that was in your shirt slot away to an alt character, effectively netting you 2x of w/e seed you originally only had 1x of from your offhand.
  2. Lloyd npc for Most Wanted List also appears in Izlude Hill. He's listed in patch notes as being in Prontera only.
  3. Victoria npc for Most Wanted List also appears in Maple Forest. She's listed in patch notes as being in Alberta only.
  4. Isaak npc for Most Wanted List also appears in Verta Delta, Sograt Desert, and Road of Bless. He's listed in patch notes as being in Morroc only.
  5. Lurker Fly quest scroll from the Most Wanted List in East Mt. Mjolnir only gives 8 Cheny Diamonds on completion, though the scroll costs 11 Cheny Diamonds to buy/activate. It should give the cost+some more back, not less.
  6. The Most Wanted List scrolls for Venomer, Giant Centipede, Ungoliant, and Maya Purple are duplicated in the Victoria npc in Alberta/Maple Forest. If you check the shop, they are listed twice but instead of one set being for Normal and one for Hard, they are BOTH for only Hard mode. BOTH sets give 70/75 diamond as a reward but the set that is supposed to be for normal mode only costs 42 diamonds while the one that is supposed to be for hard mode costs 50.
  7. The Most Wanted List npc should have all the quests of the same dungeon grouped together. As example, Victoria in Alberta/Maple Forest has scrolls for Abandoned Laboratory (n), then Hell of Deadly Poison (h) x2 sets(supposed to be (n) and (h)), and then it goes back to Abandoned Laboratory (h). The Abandoned Lab quests should be grouped together in the npc.
  8. I'm not sure if this is part of the NPC multiple locations other than patch notes, or an NPC quest allocatement bug... maybe both? Isaak offers the quests for Cursed Ghost Ship (H). I think this is the reasoning why he has a third location in verta delta, not listed in patch notes. However Victoria npc located in Alberta/Maple Forest offers the quests for Cursed Ghost Ship (N). These quests should be grouped on the same npc. If the npc on maps not listed in patch notes are not supposed to be there, then the quests for Cursed Ghost Ship (h) should be moved from Isaak over to NPC Victoria. If the npc in random maps NOT listed in patch notes are supposed to be there, then the quests for Cursed Ghost Ship(N) should be moved FROM Victoria to Isaak.
  9. In addition to the above point, if the npc in random maps ARE supposed to be there, then the third instance of Isaak in Sograt Desert SHOULD be replaced with Victoria, as she has the quests for Fortress of Sandstorm (N/H) and the Field boss quests for that map.
  10. The NPC for Most Wanted List that are not listed in the patch notes(Izlude Hill, Maple Forest, Verta Delta, Sograt Desert, Road of Bless) sell bugged scrolls. If you buy a scroll from these npc, they can be activated ANYWHEREEDIT: After some more testing it appears that the bugged scroll activation may be related to the quests themselves, rather than the npcs. I bought scrolls from Victoria in Alberta for Fortress of Sandstorm N/H and was able to activate them after I had warped to Road of Bless. I previously bought scrolls from Lloyd in Prontera for Izlude Cave N/H and could NOT activate them after travelling to Izlude Hill. Regardless, being able to activate the quests from anywhere is a problem. People quick farm cheny diamonds by buying 255 stack and repeatedly activating the quest again and again after clearing the quest/dungeon, without having to walk back to the npc to activate the next scroll or even leave the map/spawn, leading to a lot of diamonds rather quickly. I don't think anyone would even bother buying diamonds if this is intended.
  11. ALL the scrolls should be made the same. Either they can ONLY be activated within 5m of the npc that you purchased them from, or can be activated anywhere.

Thanks for the list!

I'll try and go through and provide an update for each:

1. We saw this reported yesterday and the studio went through and found 17 occurences of where this happened. It was tied to one specific item ID. They've managed to delete the duplicate seedrunes that were used in this method over last night, so this should no longer be an issue.

2-4. Thanks for this, it wasn't listed in the notes we have, so we're going to confirm they should be there and get them up in our guides.

5. We'll get this Lurkerfly bug reported.

6. This definitely seems like the text wasn't changed properly, so we'll get this over to them so it can be changed ASAP.

7. We agree with grouping the Most Wanted together and will get this relayed.

8. This seems to be associated with #7, so we'll group this together and send it over to them.

9. This makes sense.

10. Strange. It was our understanding that the issue was they could only be activated within 5m of the NPC, but the studio did let us know they are working on a fix for this so that they can be activated anywhere in-game. You're saying activating anywhere will cause an issue. We will look into this!

11. Agreed, this ties into #10, so we'll include it.
