Me and my girlfriend had meet such scammer several times.
they say hi to you and they can name one of your character correctly. and sometime they will know what gears that you have.
after talking some 
to you, they will ask you to come over a place where he is. and he is just a novice..
once you get there, they will open a PUB and ask you to enter the PUB room.
Once you enter, there is a so-call "CM Oda" will ask you to do some actions.
Do Not Trust Any Kind Of Players Like This!
They will offer you a fake CM power and ask you to pay for it. moreover, they will ask you to install Teamviewer and download some file into your RO folder.
DO NOT DO IT... THEY WILL SCAM YOUR REAL MONEY ALSO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Actually The IRO CM Oda is not in the pub list because that is what he(<snip>) actually type.

then it will shows like what i got from the PUB.
if you keep listening them, the story will goes like this.
you install teamviewer and download the file but you do not pay for the GM fee because it quite a lot dollars.
then they will be pissed and say they are Game MAster which will ban your accounts. and you ingore them.
After few days you got your accounts banned and you think they are actually GM.
But wrong, they are just monitor your account and password or WP account by Teamviewr or the file your have downloaded.
