When ro2 arrived Philippines IP was ban from entering ro2 are we still ban?¿

I play here in the philippines, i dont know when we are banned taga QC ako pare

The IP issue was probably back when RO2 SEA server was still operating (w/c afaik, Philippine IP cannot access into the game). I played RO2 early last year and I can connect & play perfectly fine.

they removed IP ban july 2014...

Hello, 

 

Before there was another company that was handling the Philippine region, however that has since changed.   You should be able access our servers normally.

Region contracts. 

 

We didn't have the PH region initially, but we ended up getting your region and opened to the Philippines in 2015.

 

Similar situation happened for Brazil.

 

It's a little unlike SEA, TW, and TH, since they had an existing RO2 for their region that ended and were merged into us.

I just finished downloading this game today and Im done with patching as well but when I ran the game it shows me this "cant connect to the server" error.. 

does it mean servers are down/maintenance? 

 

I used to play this game back in 2013 and I want to play this again so bad 

 

do I have to install proxies again or are we no longer ban here in the PH?

 

I would appreciate any help..

Uhm.. Can anyone help me? I was planning to play RO2 again today. I haven't played this game since pre-master jehoon training site and I don't know where or what should I do.. I have a level 50 knight/ level 50 blacksmith. So if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

Go to Morroc at South, where there is the entrance of WOE. There you will find two npc staying close to each other, a cat and an NPC named Gilgamesh. Talk to him, you have to make a quest there, you can ask in the chat for a SM to buff you with cure to make things easier
