Hey, I'm from Dragon Saga, but I had the exact same issues for the past days with anything warpportal-related and it seems to be working for now (about 30 minutes of stable connection and counting), you should try without a VPN, maybe it works for you aswell! 

 

Ohh, think your right.  My connection seems to be working also.

It's working again, for now at least! \o/
I just hopw it'll stay that way. I can live with laggy/non-loading forums, but not being able to log in and play is a big bummer.

Yes, yesterday I could play well but unfortunately today is a new problem occurred.
Runtime Error!
Program: Gravity / Ragnarok Online / Ragnarok.exe

I had that happen too, uninstalling and re-installing Ragnarok solved it.

It's probably because of the bad connection from before only downloading half of the patch and screwing things a little up.
