We want to let you know we appreciate all the patience you have had for the periodic server crash issues that had been occurring on the ROSE server. We wanted to wait until this had been resolved to provide compensation for this issue, and it seems that that time has come.
From now, 02/01/2016, until this events end on 02/16/2016, you will receive a 20% bonus to EXP, and a 10% Clan Point Bonus.
I want to note, this is compensation for the previous server instability issues that occurred, not this weekend’s connection issue (which was the result of a DDOS attack and which will have its very own compensation this upcoming weekend!)
