my homun now is 96 and Loyal

what I want to ask, is intimacy affect your homunculus exp? I wanna evolve it to 2nd form but the intimacy will reset to hate, should I evolve it now or wait till 99?

and how much time did u take for leveling homun from 96 to 99? is there any fastest way than OD2 for Amistr? I'm okay with afk or non-afk

intimacy won't affect your homu exp gained. You should evolve it as soon as it hit loyal, no need to wait.

as for the 2nd question. od2 was best and is best and will still be the best map for afk-chemist

Try Papuchinka forest (aka grove map), there are plenty of free spots, players won't be jerks to you, the map has a daily quota of bots roaming around.
