right about now i was just about to wander the fields of juno to magma dungeon with my Succubus pet. after warping from portal of juno to el mes plateau(yuno_fild04), the sprite of my pet was not with me but i was still able to open it's pet window. after warping again to another portal, it was gone. i was just suppose to increase the loyalty of my Succubus and now it's gone. what am i suppose to do?

and no it didn't leave because its intimacy level got low enough to leave, i just fed it and it's stuffed. its status is on neutral

File a ticket. You can get your pet back.

^I lost some pets due to same kind of bug and they were able to give it back.

Just a specific question, since this happened to me and it's different from when I played pre-renewal.
My Succubus left because I went afk and didn't feed it.
When I used to play before, no matter how angry your pet was and it's intimacy was super low it wouldn't go away until you changed maps (reloading data).
Here, she left without waiting for me to leave the map (hence, loading another one), is this the correct behavior?
I'm fine with whatever, I'd just like to know how it works because of this specific detail (not mentioned in the ticket format, and I don't remember when I lost her anyway).

wait i think there's a serious problem here hahaha when i'm in eden my pet's there, when i go to juno(the town), its sprite is not with me again, but i can open its pet info window. that how my pet went missing in the 1st place hahaha. is there a problem with pets in that map? i returned to eden and it's sprite appeared, what's up with that

just went to prontera, then morroc, its sprite stayed this time, is there a problem with juno map and pets?
