no its 1 mdef per maxed skill, of which only 1 is good. even if its all 3 skills, that's 24 more mdef than normal... but why? glorious destruction and whatnot pierce the crap out of mdef. And 100 mdef for freeze immunity isn't needed anymore, what with unfreezing shadow set =/
