I tried to transfer my WPE to a friend who wants to buy it from me
I did it via send Virtual Gift Card
But it didn't work although I have WPE in my account
This happened
I haven't send any ticket yet because some player told me that the code can be generated instantly
Anyone can help?

If you have not loaded even once and just kept on getting WPE through Gifts from other players, then you do not have that option

Please send a ticket to the Payment department, they should be able to assist you with that error.
