with this random maintenances from nothing can't they be announced more before?

we just lost a lot of treasure boxes cause oda our community manager can't post anything? seriously what u pay this guy for?

woe died saturday no post at all... seriously can't u take the 30 seconds to post something somewhere?

u are mad at all this bad feadback from players well what about doing a good job for once?

well piece out its endless how useless the support is...

spawn the treasures back please

uh, the maintenance that is going on right now is scheduled, and announced in game, all the time.

The weekly maintenance is scheduled and pre-announced as stated already by Necrohealiac.

There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding here.

 

The issue is with the randomness of the login server/map change downtime. A combination of european timezones and connectivity issues and then the random downtime of login are the reason the treasure was lost.

 

I wrote in for a restore because it was kind of bs and sort of an unusual reason, but KriticalAssassin's tone is not welcomed.

 

Sharing my account as a guildleader makes me susceptible to other issues.... the GM team accuse me of sharing my acc and refuse to assist me if I misplace gear (on any account on the same WP email), but at the same time tell me to share my account so we can pick up loot...  Not really happy with that.

nothing is stopping you from ticketing in for treasure restoration but if you're blaming WP b/c you couldn't pick up your treasure in time because the regularly sched maint occurred, then that's on you.

Nope

 

They took login down early - I literally only couldn't get it because I couldn't get to the map. (no warper log in).

Also it's pathetically timed for Europe. Heaven forbid the guildleader be afk during working hours!!!!!!!!

 

Thanks for your opinion tho. I'll be sure to return the favour.

Maybe they're upset at not getting paid this week - we're a team, we work together. We share everything.

 

A guild, is, an organization of multiple people. In a socialist atmosphere like Valhalla, one day of lost treasure doesn't punish the leader alone, it punishes all 30 of us.

 

So I don't think it's fair to say "oh your guildleader had to do real life, so 30 people miss out!"

i get it;-_- happens sometimes. you can ticket it in and see if they'll give it back. from my experience, char server always goes down up to 15 mins before maint time; not sure if that's a recent change on classic.

it's kind of damn random. But yeah the ticket is done. It'll be annoying if they deny it, just another reason to stop doing WoE 2.

There was no tone, the only "tone" was by the OP telling the staff they suck and claiming they don't state when maintenance is(when they do). All I stated was blame falls upon the person to collect the treasure. And in the OP there was no mention of login servers going down extra early so calm down.

Also chances are they won't restore it because ticket team won't restore "due to scheduled maintenance" so should ask Campitor or Oda to check in on the ticket as well.
