3% damage enchants on weapons.

Anyone can explain why the 2nd bow has more physical dmg than the 1st one, but the 3% damage xeons add the same dmg to both bows.

Randomization maybe. Look at that HP. Why do weapons even give HP?

I would say, that somebody did not do the homework right.
Why weapons give hp? So ppls can revamp stats 40 times to get the higest stats.
And oh... Fill gravity pockets too.

Random values don't get added into the 3% value. 3% enchants only affect the base values. Base values for that weapon are 1373 min 1845 max @ 21% they are what you see in your images. It has always been this way where you have weapons that offer an additional extra random value.

Right, but the base value for picture #1 is 1398-1855, But for picture #2 is 1379-1998. Should not it be little bit higher with 3% damage xeons on bow #2?

For base damage he means lowest roll damage, not the damage without the enchants.

Its very simple. 3% adds damage to base bow value not to random stat.

this is ur answer ... the extra random value is not considered in percentages. this means the 3% enchant will always apply the same amount.
