You are missing sprite of item Teardrop, you are better off reinstalling the game client.

Make sure to run Ragnarok.exe as an Administrator.

i want your error cheat sheet

i already tried reinstall many times, and ofcz im run as admin. when meet imba players at eden or other map, it keep error and say the same thing like "cannot find file sprite, act, spr" etcv etc etc.

 

please dont ask me to do the same things like reinstall, run as admin. Any GM know how to fix this?

First verify if the patcher client is constantly downloading patch files each time or not, if it does then please follow solution #4 here.

 

I don't know the exact date Teardrop sprite was added to the client data file, I presume it came with Thor server launch which was months ago. That's why I asked you to reinstall. Alternatively you can force your client to re-patch from an earlier date.

Well, I suppose I am having the problem just the error message is different as below.

 

CPaletteRes :: cannot find File : palette<some unknown words>_2050.pal

 

What is the error?

 

Is this also caused by Teardrop?

This is a very unusual error, no it's not related to Teardrop at all. Is it still happening?

Yes, but not often, only some time when I was doing TI as I login to do TI most of the time.

That error belongs to a hair pallet, there are certain known numbers but 2050 is new or not included in iRO client.

I don't know how to get the error fixed. Consider reinstalling the game using a fresh setup from the official website, see if that resolves the issue.
