That's quite the right section... I mean, I don't think there are enough people being interested in having their 3rd change using these (or is it that I see too much announces about Ranking Mode).
You can get them in the Hidden Zones, which are, the fields you can access using the Hidden Scroll from whatever Mission Boss.
Though I don't think going in "lower-than-self" Zones will give much Stones. The only one "low" Zone is Vegas's Mission Map, as the Vegabond gives one per "KiA in run".
