Hello i just want to know how long it takes to recover back item that has been broken i already sent a ticket and have a recovery request item that cost 500 IM in my bag. Been waiting since last week but hasn't recover i got the ticket code sent from warp portal 4 days ago from lydon that the team is working on it.. 
How long to recover item using recovery request?
