i am a regular paying player. and i have recently bought 2000WPE, after the purchase i have tried sending WPE as a gift to a friend but it suddenly says that i dont have any WPE left. i have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue but it hasnt been resolved. i am also having problems purchasing VIP and Kafra Points ingame via steam. pls if anyone could help out to speed up the process of this issue that would be greatly appreciated.

When you send WPE as a gift, it subtracts what you have in your account. So for example:

 

 

 

WPE: 2000 Remaining

 

- 2000WPE gift to friend via email

-----------------------------------------------

0 WPE Balance remaining.

 

 

 

 

 

the wpe should be in code form now, until it is retrieved. You SHOULD have 0 after converting it into a gift.

 

As far as STEAM account related issues, you'll have to google the way buying KP via STEAM works since it's not the same process as for everyone else. I personally abandoned my steam accounts because of the constant issues and headaches i had with them, was not worth the trouble i went through. My advice is to never use STEAM, but if you've invested a lot of time and energy into your accounts then that's a different story.

i didnt receive any type of code whatsoever. and i use steam to purchase via ingame cause to me that is the most convenient way to add vip and kafra points.

When you gifted the WPE, did you write down an email address? It should ask you to put one in. Your personal email address should have a code, and so should the person you gifted it to. Check your email.

In that case, it'll email it to the original email you created your account with. Whatever email that is, log in and check your history (for some email addresses it might be in your spam folder).

Make a ticket then explaining the exact sutation, and while you're at it message VMOD Cinnamon here on the forums. She can help you out with your concerns.

Go to Messages < Compose New < then where it says Recipients Name type VModCinnamon < write your message < Send.
