Hello, I just had to reformat my laptop due to having an issue with Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls freezing on me. Now I having this issue with Ragnarok 2 Online. I'm downloading the install via the website, not through steam as I can;'t even remember my steam log in lol I am also running Windows 10

I don't think there was a fix for this yet that I'm aware of.  I'd suggest just make a dummy Steam account download it there, copy the folder to where you want it and then just uninstall Steam.

There you go, as fluke said, just create a steam account and as showed in the screen add a shortcut of "RO2Client" on your deskstop or elswhere.

(the target is showed in the command prompt window).

Hello!

This is being resolved soon. Our machine that spits out installers was on the fritz and recently was resolved. We intend to put out new installers for all of our games that should resolve this issue.

As far as we can tell, this only affects players with Windows 10 and trying to use the DLM (Download Manager) from the site.

You can install the game via Steam and use that client fine, since it doesn't use the DLM, it uses Steam.

We will announce when we have a new installer out for folks to download and apologize for the lame inconvenience right now.

Thanks,

Njoror

Sadly, even doing everything that you said to do the game will still not loads for me.

So you've downloaded the game and located the folder?  You tried opening RO2Client directly from that folder and it will not load?

We updated the DLM last night and tested it on Windows 10, and it seems to be working.

If you're able to check it out, this should hopefully fix the issue with the crash.

If it doesn't, please let me know and we'll tackle it again!
