Whenever I click on power on up any broswer, I get this payment error.

 

So far I have tried Microsoft Edge, Chrome, IE, Firefox, Android Browser, Android Chrome, Android Opera and nothing seems to work.

 

I wish to reload. Please help.

try it on a private window in firefox or an incognito window in chrome

Having the same error here, can't tell you the last successful purchase since I haven't played (on Prem) in ages.

Disable ghostery/adblocker/etc and try again

I had done all the suggestions posted above by myself when I was buying VIP a few days ago, none of them worked (tried both in Chrome and Firefox).

It worked on Microsoft Edge however, it also works on my mobile. You can try that and see how it goes for you.

If none of the suggested solutions work then submit a ticket to the payment support department, the account might be locked temporarily from making WP purchases.

Make sure to log on your support account before sending a ticket.

My last purchase was long ago. I have submitted a ticket. I even made a new account just to check if it was an account related issue. But the issue exists even in the new account.

There are no adblockers on mobile browers. I have tried using mobile browers, too. Phew.

 

Try IE. Sometimes when everything fails IE is the last resort.  :heh:
