Top headgear, weapon, both accessories are all from new instances, Crisis of Charleston Factory and Memory Record, that we don't have. Can't find a English version for you but basically the headgear+accessories set gives you like +12str +12int, +50atk and have slots. The weapon is like the stronger version of carga mace :V
