Getting the itch to play this again kinda but I want to ask a few questions first.

 

Do costumes/cosmetic items still have stats/slots on them?

Is there a way to get these without having to pay real money?

 

What classes, in PvE, are seen as weak/useless/not-as-good-as-others? Back when I played dps monks were laughed at, beastmasters were laughed at all around, warlock healers were laughed at, and dps priests were laughed at.

 

Me and my friends stopped playing mostly because of the community and its views on various aspects of the game. I am hoping that this may have changed over time so these other things im just curious about. Thanks in advanced

Costume items still have slots in them. There's still a few stated ones floating about.

There's a few (not many) costumes you can get in-game, but most paid for ones are also sold on the Auction House.

 

There's still some classes out of balance. Generally, most people will invite you to a party unless they're heavily biased and wish to only have specific classes - Generally Soul Maker, Knight, Warrior, Crecentia and Assassin. Classes like Monk, Beastmaster, Support Sorcerers and DPS have all found their own ways into parties though.

I can deal with slots in them, especially if we can buy them on the auction house though I assume they are rather expensive.

 

Back when I played the majority of the community did not like half the classes in the game. I remember getting in a party with my as a tank bear, my friend as a support warlock, and a friend of his that was a dps priest, we had a random rogue who joined and after the first pull noticing the priest wasn't healing we told him priest was dps and the lock was healing - he left the group instantly and we had to wait for another dps... majority of the community was like that.

 

I'll give it a shot though, redownload and everything.
