Just open all of yours right before every maintenance to be on the safe side.

I think all Ink Ball will and tentacle be vanished upon Octopus and Tentacle leave. Though both of them wont vanish if you put them inside kafra storage.

tentacles will not disappear; they have no expiration date.

but even though u can put items w/ expiration dates in storage and they won't disappear from storage; they will disappear the second u try to take em out. so storaging them is pointless.

The ink balls shouldn't vanish. When I took a break from RO a few months ago, I had some on an few alts from last year's event. When I came back last month, they were still there and still usable.
