I started to farm them and sudenly the tentacle seem to disapear ( or I because blind sincei 10 min ) . And I need info about the blabla 2015 tentacle and should I keep my 1000+ tentacle or should I Keep some ect ect . 

That all info I need and I personaly think that nothing is clear lol .

1. Bring  Fresh Octopus Legs to Mimyo in Malangdo (malangdo 206, 145). Once Mimyo receives 2016* Fresh Octopus Leg from the server, the festival begins. The festival lasts until the supply of Fresh Octopus Legs runs out (2016* people?) and Mimyo requests another 2016* of them.
2. If the festival is taking place, players can receive 10 Takoyaki from Well Roasted Octopus Leg or Delicious Looking Food (malangdo 165, 131) every 30 minutes.

But I still dont find info about why the tentacle into the bbq are sometime there, and sometime not . Last night the count of tentacle was +-1000 and now its 10 . I simply dont understand *-*

Just speak to the npc Mimyo. She will mention how many legs have been delivered to her. When 2016 (I assume) legs have been turned in, the event starts. You click on the legs to get 10 Takoyaki after which you get a 30 minute timer. Only after it expires can you get 10 more of them. But because of how the event is scripted, anyone who is in the map can get their hands on these items, irrespective of whether they turned the Fresh Octopus legs in or not(?). So people park their alts there for a click cycle spam every 30 minutes. After a select number of Takoyaki have been given to players, the event is reset and the counter will read '0' again. You turn in 2016 again to restart said event. Hence why you saw different numbers for the counts.
