Hi,

I purchased VIP last night on my account but now when I log in I get an error "Disconnected from Server" when I start up Ragnarok via Steam, I have checked my old account and it can log in fine so it appears to be account related.

We have tried following troubleshooting steps.

Logging on Classic - No success
Logging on Renew - No Renew Files
Reinstalling Ragnarok Client - No success
Re-patching Ragnarok - No success
Checking different account - Works.

 

I have logged a support ticket, but wondering if there is anything I have missed? Getting pretty impatient and want to play at the moment :P

Just checked Chaos server as well, no success, appears to be related to my account (Maybe it has a stuck session somewhere?)

u can try logging into game via client, not steam.

Hey everyone,

 

Sorry to be annoying about this but is there any support team on weekends?

 

Haven't heard about my support ticket and my vip time is getting eaten into...

 

Really want to play on my account

Hello there, GMs are answering tickets on weekends.
 

Things to consider:

See if you are able to login on that account with a VPN or a proxy (e.g. Battleping). Another odd suggestion is found in the quote below:

 

Looking at an older DDoS report thread from last year, to resolve the connection issue one fellow suggested to enter wrong account info on the login screen followed by the correct form with a couple minutes of wait period in between. A few reported that method worked with them, however I can't explain or verify how or why it would work. Give it a try.

 

 

If none is working then be patient till a GM responds to your petition.

Tried both of these solutions with no luck, Will just have to wait for a GM to get back to me,

 

Out of curiosity how long do GM's usually take to get back to you? Has been nearly 4 days now.

On average it takes 3 days but it can take longer if the ticket system is too crowded.

Kindly be patient till the GM in charge resolves the accounts issue, once that is done you will get a response on your tickets. 

 

Lost VIP time can be reimbursed, so don't worry so much.

I am not worried about the VIP as much as not being able to level that character up this weekend. Next weekend that VIP will not still be there.

Ah well, at least I will be able to play.

Is the issue isolated to a certain account? Please register a support account and send in a ticket after logging into the support account.

Yes it is only this account, i have a sell/buy account who works fine, and i play it for the last 15 days without any other problems/disconnects

 

i wrote a Ticket at 12.feb. today is 25. only "we work on it" as a answer

Yet again if nothing is happening after a short amount of time contact Warnhal on forums with your ticket numbers, he should be able to assist. Remember to be firm but polite when asking.

The ticket was resolved yesterday without any further comment.

 

Still can't log in and the same issue exists, Will contact Warnhal.
