if u are 101..can u go to 70-100 ti if the timer expires?

you can only go into a ti if you are holding its mob quest. So even you are 175, if you have this week ti mob quest that hasnt been ti, you can still enter low ti.

if you still have the 400 count quest on (at least one of) the monsters then yes
