I farmed about 270 of them after seeing this topic. But since i hadn't done the event before, I went to the actual spot by mistake instead of the npc. And when I saw the parked cars, I just went to the npc, turned them in. The festival is a go. I took my first ever, 10 Takoyaki and logged out. Happy clicking.

why does takoyaki only gives +3matk/atk and 9luk?

The atk/matk bonus doesnt show on the stats window. The +3 is from the luk that it gives ( 3luk = 1 atk/matk)

I actually am amazed. I decided to make a new character last night on renewal. ......
I was amazed at the ammount of bots that were in payon. if I had to guess. And this is low balling it. 75 bots at least. It actually lagged me in payon when someone dbed the spore map. Suddenly all these bots spawning in payon.

This doesnt stop the "few" that does pick up to activate the npc themselves very frequently
