Ya, i sent a ticket regarding of losing pet, it was evening on sat and got replied on sunday morning

I sent in a ticket and a VAS service request on Saturday night, both were repied to by Sunday afternoon. So yes there are GMs working over the weekend, it's just for more serious issues like an account ban they most likely can't reply right away.

In your case, how can you be sure your friend wasn't involved in anything illegit? Banning people is part of the GMs jobs too.

At least it's an improvement that they've got weekend GMs.

^ a bit weird, a GM can respond back to a bot report ticket; yet the GMs cant be bothered to give anwsers to my friend's tickets...  /hmm

My question is, if there are duped low-tier items - how the hell is anyone safe from trading/selling items without the risk of getting banned and/or get loads of items removed that weren't obtained by, what they call, "illegal trade".

.........

the Wait continues

The GM Team works during the weekend, and they have a lot of tickets to work through. It can take a few days for a response from the GM Team. If they are sending in multiple tickets, each new ticket puts them at the back of the queue so make sure they haven't done that.

There are a lot of reasons for accounts being suspended, including but not limited to accounts being locked if a hack is detected, third party program use, ill mannered behavior, payment chargeback. etc.

@ ODA so question, What is a Phone Number you can use to talk to someone about actions that have happened to you? Like if you don't agree with that happened to you or you want more information on why it happened. OR do i have to just Accept it like it tells me to, Cause that's not me, i don't just accept things that i feel are out of line.

We do not offer phone support. You can request that a ticket be elevated to a supervisor.

Ok so a ticket made after someone replied to a different ticket, surely my ticket should have been lower on the list than my friends? Or am I seeing this ticket queue system wrong?

but yeah, let me re-state the question:

Duped low tier items would likely not result in a prolonged suspension. The GM Team will lock down to do tradebacks and release when that operation is completed, unless the account is obviously a purchaser of RMT items.

How come the GM in question removed more items - than were even part of the "illegal trade"? feels kinda completely random as to which items the GM decided to "remove from said account". Why did they do that? And will he be compensated for the zenies that he got "scammed" by?

From what I understand, a GM can "temp ban"/ban accounts and remove random items from said account without any explaination as to why certain items got removed..  Surely the person who sold him the stuff should be smacked - and since when is buying items under the price they go for reason for a ban? and/or removal of said item (and more)?

hmmmmmmm..

I wish my friend would copy / paste the stuff in here for you all to read, just to see how ridiculous the whole situation is..

And I wish the GMs in question would be less Pick and Mix in which rules they enforce and be less "imma ignore this, til it blows over" ....

<snip>  Not to put to fine a point on it but you or your "friend" should let them do their jobs if they have to trace things down and do trade backs, it takes time.  There really isn't much of a choice tbh.

<snip>.. I am standing up for my friend because what happened should never have happened. How would you feel if you got banned while you've never done things illegally in this game?  - My friend traded someone who was selling certain stuff - he paid in zeny for these things. The GMs made a huge mistake, and I personally do not want something like this happen to me or anyone else that is playing this game fairly, so yeah, I am standing up for my friend.

Chill please, don't take it too personal and kindly watch your language.

Unfortunately you will not get an answer here about the suspension, so be patient till a GM responds to your friend's ticket. If the handling wasn't satisfactory private message Warnhal on forums.

Locked.
