Hello, im using snake head hat with my sniper, but double attack is not working ):. Is there a bug or the passive skill does not work with bows ?

it was broken with an update a few weeks ago and has not been corrected. There is no ETA on resolution, or even an official comment from kRO that they intend to fix the bug.
