I couldn't find the NPC to start the "Onward to new world quest" in the Prontera castle as identified in almost all the online guides. I don't know the version of this classic server here. But does it have the New World? If yes, where do I start to get the entrance? Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not have those maps on Classic. You may have noticed some of the New World items being vended around, those came from the Challenge Dungeon that you can access with an NPC behind Prontera's church. We also have a direct access to Nidhoggur's Instance right outside Geffen Tower.
