have anyone ever try this skill, i never see a video about it or topic about it. If you have try it, then how it work?

The Fear status will let the enemies around you stand still or immobilize them for 2 seconds, but 30% is like nothing.
I used this skill as an extra AOE for my Baby sura pre 175 for leveling. The damage ist not bad but the delay is aweful.

Yeah, most of the time I don't use it because of the pre-reqs... It is a good skill, but like above poster said... Delay is tough too.

Eh, more just pre-3rd job skills have bad delay... RPS, guys? Basically OI except with delay?
