can't log character in the location,enter the password and the error on the server what to do? character name BAMBUK ,the error appeared about Erunil at the entrance !those people can't write because it does not overload the website and personal account not to go,help than can ! pull my Persian !

send a ticket to support. I had the same issue before and they helped me fast.
