Exactly. The card just prevents you from getting 1 shot if the attack would do more than your maximum hp.

It's not as strong as a lot of people are thinking.
It'll be good in the hands of people who can anticipate incoming damage.

Well, if it really doesn't affect static damage, then it's useless against most of the OP skills anyway :v (Tiger Cannon splash dmg, Gates of Hell Missing HP, Suicidal Destruction)

Arrow Storm seems like the only thing it'll help with. Maybe Exceed Break/Crushing Strike if you die to that a lot.

So how exactly does the enchanting work? ie. materials for enchanting(how to obtain these), a rough estimate of succes/failure chance(if any) and if the accessory breaks and if so how to obtain them again etc.

these might be true for hentai but certainly not true for regular anime.

 

I see a lots of in-betweens in anime these days. ie: the idolm@ster
