can anyone help me with my report ticket?

i was been hack more than a week, and the day my account is hack i created a ticket which is i think they can see my ticket, but until now my ticket has no any response. they hack from me 60Mz and some expensive item on my account now i make a second ticket hope this would be seen to our GMs, and hope they can help me with this matter. i work on that zeny and those item, its hard to start again without nothing. attach here are the ticket's which are created in february12,2016 and now February 21, 2016. hope someone will help me, and i hope also my zeny and my item will be back in my account. thank you..

Note: creating new tickets moves you to the end of the line.

 

Also, posting game ID and ticket numbers in the forum is not a good idea. You should probably edit those out of your post.

You're just asking to get hacked posting all that information out in the open.

Please do not post your account information on forums, it is not safe.

 

For the tickets, I would advise against sending many tickets of the same. If you haven't yet please create a support account and check your tickets status from the support page.

If there is still no reply simply log on the support account, view either ticket in question and find the reply option. Use it to append a follow up request without the need to send more tickets.
