Where can i farm this? Is this farmable in any day of the week?

In "Galaxia" Dungeons, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Any mode?? Normal? Rare? Hero? Legendary?

Ophiochus on Legend mode. It's dropped at the end. (Usually 2 in 9 chance of the roulette landing on it when they appear.)

 

You can use Galaxia Coins when they do appear for more chances at them.
