OMG  this is same on me.   I really hate them now Admin you told us before it's global server but now you're not allow for other country please we've been waiting for so long and until the game have release. you make it much of the player can't able to play it

And still happening...i feel very very dissapointed, or at least a warning about "hey because the US is the fking world, let's call it global server but only make it able for US guys!" seriously....screw the latam region as always, right GNI?

Funny thing is... You can still get invited to rooms if you're on the lobby. So this is the worst IP ban ever or a weird glitch.

that was a soft launch so i guess it's normal that something doesn't work.

well... soft launch is in about 20 mins. Dunno why we can login already. (remember that soft launch was announced for 2pm PST)

So we made some changes that might affect why these errors are showing up.

 

Please try playing again and let me know if it still happens or if it went away. We made some adjustments here that seem to have made a positive effect to game play and issues such as this.

it's still happening if the problem not be fix alot of player can't be able to join the game FIX IT NOW PLEASE WE WANT TO PLAY THE GAME

For those of you still having a problem, please post or send me a PM with a tracert, and include the country you're connecting from.

 

Q: How do I do a tracert report?

A:

1. Open a command promt, and type "cmd" and then click "OK"
   This can be done by clicking on your start button, and then "Run" or on your keyboard press "Start + R"
   
2. In the command prompt, type: tracert www.warpportal.com
   then hit 'Enter'
   
3. Once the tracert completes, right click and select "Select All", then press "Enter" and it will be copied.
4. Paste the result to me in a PM to me, or submit a ticket to our Support Team through our Support Website, so we can review and analyze the results.
   You are welcome to post the results here on the forums, but I know some of you may not feel comfortable releasing such information. Please do not feel pressured to and send it privately to me or through a ticket.
